Commercial and Residential Properties, Real Estate Investment Opportunities and, Property Management

Jack Geldi's family has been in real estate since 1946.  They have always striven to help buyers and sellers to achieve their real estate goals.  John and Polly Geldi, Jack's mother and father, owned and operated the well known and successful firm, John J. Geldi, Real Estate and Insurance, in southeastern Pennsylvania.   Jack was the sales manager for his parent's firm.

Jack's work with his wife Mary, in leading The Geldi Team's real estate activities in southwest Florida, is a continuation of their family's work.  Jack feels, as he was taught by his parents, that getting to know the client in a professional, friendly, ethical and honest manner is the essential ingredient in human and business relations.  "Being on target with our client's needs is an art as well as an essential skill," he says.  He and all members of The Geldi Team are dedicated to client success.

Jack's real estate skills include extensive experience in residential, commercial and investment property sales and listing and property management.  He has participated in and facilitated over 1,000 real estate transactions.

Jack has coupled his life-long experience in real estate with his other professional passion, charitable giving.  In the not-for-profit field Jack is considered one of the country's experts in donor financial and estate planning.  He has used his 25 years in fund development and charitable giving to help donors make significant gifts and receive maximum benefits in helping charities while saving on taxes and enhancing income.

"My work experience, coupled with my educational and family background, and my extensive community involvement, knowledge of the community, and personal contacts enable me to be a very capable real estate professional.  Those factors and my hard work ethic and ethical conduct benefit The Geldi Team's clients."

CMS provides quality music instruction to people of any age, race, experience, and ability to pay. More than 1,000 students have received music theory, history and appreciation courses, learned to play an instrument, or had vocal lessons.

Highly qualified music faculty train high school students to be soloists, perform in ensembles, bands, orchestras and choruses in most music genres.  Retirees and the middle aged learn to play instruments and sing.  Inner-city preschoolers are introduced to music.  Special Olympians, Girl Scouts, Police Athletic Leaguers, Girls Inc., Boys and Girls Club, and Bradenton's 13th Avenue Community Center kids discover and expand hidden music talent.

CMS makes a difference in people's lives.  That's why the Geldis help.
